Frequently asked questions about Website Design projects
Our Website pricing ranges anywhere from R5,000 to R50,000 depending on the size and complexity of the website. Website pricing is mainly affected by the number of pages, amount of content, and any special functionality required for eg. hotel booking system / online shop. However what really matters are your business goals. Tell us what you want to achieve, and we'll work out the best and most affordable way to help you achieve it. Having a nice website isn't enough - you need to get it infront of the right people.
Our Website Care service is for your peace of mind and to protect your website investment. Websites are like smartphones—they run on software and apps that need to be regularly updated and protected, or else they stop working, run slowly, and open your website to (asshole) hackers and malware. With our Website Care service, we take care of everything for you and we're here to fix things. Your website will be regularly updated, backed up, optimized for speed, and safeguarded against hackers and malware. We will personally jump to resolve any website errors that arise and handle minor content updates (info changes) at no extra charge. You will also get a monthly website traffic report delivered to your email to see what's going on. It's worth it.
Absolutely! The website software we use is very flexible, and allows for your website to grow and change over time as needed. We'll often do 2 minute changes for you free of charge, but anything that requires design and layout work will be charged for per 30min at our standard hourly rate.
If we're managing your Website Care, then each month you will get a detailed website analytics report delivered to you automatically by email. This report will show you how many people visited your site, which pages were visited the most, and where your traffic is coming from geographically. Click here to see a sample report. This is the golden question in a time where the internet is oversaturated with a bajillion websites all fighting for the front page, and AI is now getting involved in just about everything except our morning coffee (for now). There are two ways to get more traffic to your website: There is search engine optimization, known as SEO. And there is paid advertising, such as Google Ads and social media ads. SEO is a long process for the long term. Google Ads will get you on the map tomorrow, but requires some advertising budget. Speak to us about the best options for your specific business, goals, and budget. We offer trial periods to test the waters.
